I founded romehoME in 2007. It was an act through which I was trying to anticipate the needs of the construction market in Romania. After a brief and intense presence in the effervescent field of specialized projects in thermal and hydro insulations, metal constructions, and later in cladding, the first requests for metal structures appeared. I faced them bravely and developed complex projects. From here, reaching the status of a general contractor was a step made in just 3 years.

And yet…
I’ve always wanted to find myself in the development zone of the construction industry, especially in residential construction. I sought to implement solutions and technologies that meet as many of the requirements that I believed the market or legislation would impose sooner or later: comfort, resistance and stability, aesthetics, rapid execution, healthy living spaces, energy efficiency, cost-control, efficient consumption in production and execution, ecology, recycling, prefabrication, modularity. That’s how I chose to develop construction and especially, Light Steel Frame houses.

I wouldn’t have succeeded alone!
I brought close partners – people and companies – who have proven that they are interested in developing and implementing alongside me.

From 2010 to present, I have evidence of the correct anticipation of the market reactions to the type of solutions and the package of services that I offered, and the partners in the construction market have given us proportional feedback, so that our approaches have become more complex, multidisciplinary, both in the Romanian market and in European markets – Germany, Austria, Italy. In these 10 years of experience on various levels, with a positive attitude and an openness to European standards, norms, and challenges, I have added along the way, to the values developed by company members, an important chapter, valuing the quality of the products and services that we offer through integration, support, and deepening of the concept of “SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”.
At present, the team and group of companies that are part of romehoME’s portfolio of activities can ensure various types of services, having specialized personnel in design, construction, economics, environment, new technologies etc. We approach projects in the field of civil construction, on the social and residential segment of industrial constructions, the segment of industrial and agricultural production capacities, storage, small business equipment, either in the version of new, turnkey projects, or in the version of consolidation, expansion, modernization, rehabilitation, or state-of-the-art technological equipment of the “SMART HOME” type, all based on the Light Steel Frame concept.
